The product can only be returned if the following guidelines are followed:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchased
- The item is in its original saleable condition
- With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
- In an unworn, unopened and unused state
- In original packaging – the product must be returned with its original box
If you do not comply with these requirements, Bridal Wardrobe reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.
We regret that the following items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons:
Items purchased in-store cannot be returned or refunded online.
We will collect the item from you at no charge. Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of an item that is not correctly packaged.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund you with the purchase price with 8 days of return. Please note that refunds take 5-10 working days to reflect in your account
Footwear can be exchanged for a different size. This is subject to inspection that the item is unworn and subject to size availability.
Bridesmaid and Flowergirl dresses are made according to size. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered. If you receive the dress and the size is incorrect, we will be happy to supply the correct size, but the incorrect size cannot be returned and refunded. Please make sure to use the sizechart when ordering dresses.
All products can be returned if they are faulty, not fit for their intended purchase or do not match the sample or description. These products need to be returned in their original packaging.
