We offer rentals on most of our bridal gowns, giving brides the opportunity to wear a beautiful designer wedding dress at a more accessible price point. Please note that we currently do not offer rentals on our evening wear collection.

Our made-to-order wedding gowns typically take 4 to 5 months to arrive in South Africa. Once your gown arrives, we recommend allowing an additional 6 weeks for alterations to ensure the perfect fit for your special day. Please note that all alterations are outsourced to trusted professional seamstresses.
Bridesmaids dresses usually take approximately 8 weeks to be made.

For In stock items, as soon as your order has been received, it will be sent out via courier within 1-2 working days. For Made to Order items (Bridesmaid and Flowergirl dresses) the lead time is 8-10 weeks. As soon as the dresses are finished you will receive an email from Customer Service letting you know your order is ready to ship out.
If your due date falls before 8-10 weeks, please contact us on hello@localhost and we will check our production line to see if we will be able to squeeze in a rush order. When your order goes into Backordered – Customer service will be in contact with you to let you know of the new due date as the product then gets reordered with the supplier.
If you choose to have your order delivered to the store so that you can collect everything together, please send an email to hello@localhost to have this arranged. The delivery fee will however still be charged as the warehouse and stores are not at the same premises.
