Our Bridal Consultations are an hour and half in which time you may fit as many gowns as you like with the assistance of one of friendly and knowledgeable stylists who will guide you as to which styles best suit your body type, personality and wedding theme.
We recommend doing research before your appointment as to what detailing you gravitate towards, Pinterest is a great source for inspiration!
We serve a variety of refreshments to you and your entourage including tea, coffee, water and bubbly. For this service we charge a consultation fee of R350.00 per appointment. We have free consultations every Wednesday.

Please note we do not allow children under the age of 12 years during consultations.
We have a wide variety of bridesmaid’s dresses and colours available. Each appointment is for an hour in which time your girls may fit as many gowns as they like. We charge a fitting fee of R150.00 per bridesmaids consultation. If you have purchased your wedding gown with us the appointment is complementary!
We recommend wearing seamless undergarments and a strapless bra however this is not compulsory. We have enough space for four guests to accompany you on the day, please note during the COVID-19 pandemic only one guest may accompany you.

Bridal Wardrobe has a wide variety of gowns available for you to fit from all the Enzoani and Elysée collections, we are the exclusive stockist of the Enzoani Couture collection in Southern Africa.
Our made to order gowns take 4 to 5 months to arrive in South Africa. We require an additional 6 weeks to perfectly alter your gown. Bridesmaids dresses take 8 weeks to be made.
We recommend shopping for your gown at least 8 months before your wedding.
Not enough time? Not to worry! We have stock of certain gowns available in South Africa for you to purchase straight away! We also offer a rush service. All alterations for your once in a lifetime gown are done at Bridal Wardrobe 4 to 6 weeks prior to your wedding to ensure a perfect fit. Alterations are to be costed at your 1st alterations appointment. Our design team have years of experience to ensure your bridal dreams come true. Should you live abroad special arrangements can be made to ensure your alterations are done in time for your wedding.
An order is on hold when the payment didn’t go through our Paygate. This can be due to signal issues etc. Please try again and if the problem persist please send an email to hello@localhost to assist or place the order manually.
Our website never closes – you are free to purchase 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

For In stock items, as soon as your order has been received, it will be sent out via courier within 1-2 working days. For Made to Order items (Bridesmaid and Flowergirl dresses) the lead time is 8-10 weeks. As soon as the dresses are finished you will receive an email from Customer Service letting you know your order is ready to ship out.
If your due date falls before 8-10 weeks, please contact us on hello@localhost and we will check our production line to see if we will be able to squeeze in a rush order. When your order goes into Backordered – Customer service will be in contact with you to let you know of the new due date as the product then gets reordered with the supplier.
If you choose to have your order delivered to the store so that you can collect everything together, please send an email to hello@localhost to have this arranged. The delivery fee will however still be charged as the warehouse and stores are not at the same premises.
